Smart Compliance are proud to announce that we are speaking at Utility Week Live which runs during 21 – 23 April 2015 at NEC, Birmingham.
Utility Week Live incorporating IWEX is a new exhibition and conference which brings together the UK’s water, electricity and gas utilities. Its aim is to provide learning, information and contacts to those working in the utilities industry.
We have spent four years developing our Smart Compliance Carbon Monoxide detector and last year we engaged in a collaboration with three major gas distribution networks, National Grid Networks, Northern Gas and Wales & West Utilities alongside the Energy Innovation Centre. The first phase of this collaborative project started last month (February 2015), when National Grid Networks started the installation of 200 our detectors at a location in Lancaster. We therefore know how important safety is to utility companies and how they are ready to embrace new safety innovations like our Smart Carbon Monoxide detector.
Smart Compliance is therefore delighted to be speaking at this event and to have the opportunity to raise even more awareness of how we can protect people in their homes from deadly carbon monoxide.
Utility Week Live has attracted an impressive list of keynote speakers, some of whom include:
- Andrew McMillan, Former Head of Customer Service for John Lewis,
- Mark Horsley, CEO, Northern Gas Networks
- Sir Neville Simms, Former CEO, Tarmac
- Heidi Mottram OBE, CEO, Northumbrian Water Group
- Tim Yeo Member of Parliament at House of Commons
- Lord Deben, Chair of the Committee on Climate Change
