Business as Usual at Smart Compliance as O2 Network Goes Down

The resilience of the Smart Compliance system really came into its own yesterday with not a single message lost during the whole outage of their 3G and 4G Wi-Fi systems.

Smart Compliance using only the 2G network on a roaming SIM card provided by Arm proved the resilience required for a life safety awareness carbon monoxide and smoke detection system.

Any IoT systems of the 25 million UK customers using O2 Wi-Fi were completely out of service yesterday, confirming to us that our resilience is an extremely valuable asset for any business to have.
